I broke it :(

Hi
I recently changed the screen resolution within TS2013 to 1980x1020 (the resolution of my screen). Ever since this I get an error message saying 'no video available' (from my tv not the PC)
Is there any way to change it back without opening up TS2013 such as finding the settings in a notepad doc or such (im not very computer wise).....I have tried re-install, and the following tips from steam...
Browse to your Train Simulator 2013 installation folder (Usually C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\railworks\)
Run the following installers:
...\Steamapps\common\railworks\Install\dotNetFx40_Full_x86_x64.exe
...\Steamapps\common\railworks\Install\install_flash_player_ax.exe
...\Steamapps\common\railworks\Install\vcredist_x86.exe
...\Steamapps\common\railworks\Install\DirectX9\DXSETUP.exe
...\Steamapps\common\railworks\Install\PhysX_9.10.0513_SystemSoftware.exe
Reboot your computer and test any issues again.
OS Specific Troubleshooting
If the above does not resolve the issue and you are running Windows 7 or Windows Vista, please complete the instructions in our Windows 7 and Vista Troubleshooting FAQ.
If you are running in Windows XP, take the following steps:
Exit Steam.
Go to the Start menu, select Run, type regedit and click OK.
Navigate to the following registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\VALVE
Right click and select Permissions
Check the Allow boxes for Admin and System for both Full control and Read.
I have also verified my game cache with no issues found
Many Thanks
Mark
