Anyone else find that SBHHs seem to occur when editing around Haywards Heath? I've been working on a few scenarios up the London end of the line since the upgrade to 2013, and not been past Gatwick for a while. Since the upgrade I've not had a single SBHH when editing, in fact the only times I've had them have been on occasions when loading (usually missing stock or something). I'm currently working on a scenario that runs to Haywards Heath though, and am trying to place an AI train in platform 1 which passes the player somewhere between there and Three Bridges. SBHH every 5mins. The first time was flying down to Haywards Heath, then having jumped there using the map I was flying around trying to position myself to put the consist down and SBHH. Third time lucky I got the consist down, set the destination displays on the 377, put a driver in and was in the middle of editing the timetable (stupidly having not saved) and SBHH! Prior to the update I was getting a lot more SBHH errors when editing London to Brighton, but even then Haywards Heath (especially trying to put stock on P1) seemed to be a big problem (I'd got to the point where it was almost do one thing, save, SBHH, reload, do another thing, save, SBHH etc). Not sure why this particular are would be prone, but it does seem odd that i've now had 3 SBHHs working in the same area when I've not had one for ages when working on other parts of the route.

Check earlier on in this thread, there is a temporary fix, but this is a known issue.

Has anyone managed to successfully complete the LB - Burst Pipes scenario? I have tried 6 times now - and every time I get told I have only picked up passengers at 2 out of 3 stations despite me arriving on time at every stop in the correct place, and opening the doors. Having coupled to the 4 cars at East Croydon, I have tried opening the doors from the original 8 cars, as well as transferring to the "new" front of the train and doing it from there - but the result for both is a failed scenario. :(

I've heard this is a problem with the timetabling system on L-B, If you arrive a second later than the arrival time, RW assumes you haven't stopped.

I'm not sure though, someone might have to clarify

RW normally will treat your timetabled stop as ok, if you depart within the same minute as the departure time. If you go into the next minute, even by a second, it will normally count that as a failure to stop.

Ah ok, Thanks for clearing that up :)

Ran a scenario last night from L-V to Gatwick to L-V. Entering the long tunnel between South Croydon and Gatwick, how can I say this .. there was no tunnel. I was like in space. I could see foliage above me and in the distance, but no tunnel walls at all. At the end of the tunnel area everything returned to normal. The same thing happened on the return trip. This is a scenario I've run many times before TS2013 without any issues.

I've verified several times and cleared cache. Has anyone else seen this?

Thanks.

All fine here - now anyway. Why not take a screenshot and send it over to RSC?
Also, you may need to clear the blueprint cache a few times or your Scenery detail may not be high enough or like I had the other day, it just hadn't decided to load a quick look down in the cab and back up so it appear.

LOL. Good catch, gp/hb. It actually was like an out of body experience ... cruising through the skies on totally unsupported track ... or like "fly me to the moon."

I never post an issue here unless it's repeatable, which it was. But the next 3 times I ran the scenario my trip was apparently over and I was back down to earth. So all is well.

I'm now searching for a nearby NA meeting.

Wonder if we'll see any more branch lines scenery on LB? West Croyden is particularly lacking, in fact it's useless as far as sending trains that way goes as there is nothing, no platform markers, no portal. Scenery at Hove would be nice too, as currently it's not really possible to start player trains from there instead of Preston Park. The East Grinstead, Caterham and Tattenham Corner lines extend quite some way past the end of the scenary. East Grinstead seems to go at least to Woldingham, and Caterham could easily be finished off, although Tattenham Corner still has a long way to go. It would provide a number of additional prototypical end to end scenarios beyond just Victoria to Brighton and Victoria to Gatwick which AFAIK are the only ones currently possible.

I did indeed complete the scenario but had the same difficulties. I found out that the game marked the last station as not completed. This happens when the passenger have completed boarding more than one minute after the scheduled departure time. The game is very unforgiving of untimeliness. However, it's much more forgiving of other errors, such as speeding. I think it is nearly impossible to finish this scenario without speeding. In fact, I was already a minute behind schedule after leaving the second station, even though that was the scheduled departure time. This scenario should probably not be marked "easy."

Yay - that did the trick! I totally ignored the speed restrictions and by hurtling down the line at over 90mph regardless of the limit arrived on time and passed the scenario. Apparently I only drove well for 57% of the journey - I can't imagine why that would be! :D

I hate doing that - driving like a homicidal maniac. Totally spoils it for me, i just tootle along sticking well within the speed limits, braking in plenty time and care not about the red cross in the scenario list.
