Unrebuilt bulleid pacific issue

Hi,
Sorry if this is the wrong place for this but it seems since I got my new laptop and installed TS2014 up via steam I've struggled for a while with the DT bullied pacifics. I would seem I can load already made scenarios quite easily, however when I come to creating my own free roam scenarios with any of the pack involved the scenario wont boot up and comes up with a dump error message. Anyone know a fix for this?
