I have just uploaded a step by step to aid anybody who is having problems with passengers
It can be found in utilities.
This step by step is only my investigation into the problem there is probable a better way
but having trawled the net again I thought my findings might help others
It will help you to get the passenger onto levelish platforms and to reduce or eliminate the Zombies.

Any chance you can give us the file ID - couldn't find it by searching or in most recent files.

As an addition to my step by step for zapping the zombies
If you move the blue bars that appear on the stations you can control the position where the passengers will walk
don't forget that there are now portals for controlling the passengers entrance and exit in the editor.
