Hi folks,

Returning after a break to find the sim has changed somewhat...

I'm currently trying to test run a loco. When trying to make a consist with it ( just light engine at present), I'm not seeing a preview picture - other installed loco's show OK - and the weight for the select loco is wrong. The consist actually works in QD but the externally viewed shape is missing

Also, there's a blue spinning light which goes round and round forever........ ( is that what it's supposed to do???)

Do these issues indicate anything obvious?
(other than my inexperience that is..)

Hello John, I'm also currently experiencing the same problem but only with 3rd party repaints, if you could tell us what train it was that'd be great

OK, The 'not visible' part of the problem appears to have been an LOD issue with the loco. Now fixed and working OK

I'm still puzzled by the whirling blue light though............

I find that the whirling blue light (usually means attempting to load an image) disappears
when I click on it or scroll along the consist window.

Aaah! yes, now that the other problem was fixed, the screen acts sensibly!
