Failed to pick up passegers

While playing my first scenario on the London to Faversham Line -Far Horizons, I'm confronting with the same operating error, "You Failed to Pickup Passengers..."
It has never happened to me before (or very rarely).
What is the secret of proper stop in this trainset.
How can I overcome this strange error, although visually I see that all doors are open and passengers are
entering the cars.

Thanks.

Adam

Are you stopping at the 6/8/S car markers OR a reasonable stopping place and not off the end of the platform/right up by the signal?

Hi

I think Ryan my be right - you need to be quite accurate about exactly where on the platform you stop your train. Use the distance to destination as shown in the HUD as a guide and provided you stop within 0.02 of the marker, your stop should register as having been made properly.

I've stopped exactly by the "S" sign (at 0.00 meters) but still obtained the error message. Very strange.

In the second scenario, I've finished successfully, therefore there must be some bug in the aforementioned one.
I'll very happy if there will be a part two into the Euro Tunnel.
BTW. TVM is TVM430 (transmission - voi - machine).

What station is this?

Especially at a station like Strood where the S Car marker needs moving back a few feet and Gillingham needs it's S Car boards on the Up Lines!

I just got the Faversham route myself. Yep failed to pick up those passengers. A very frustrating bug this one.

I've not run that scenario for a while but I see that I completed it successfully. Some scenarios will give you a 'failed to pickup...' message if you're late arriving at the station in question. Perhaps that applies to this one?
