Andrew Barclay 0-4-0 ST from UKTS no smoke?

I downloaded this, which is just a single RWP which I installed through the package manager.

I've seen SS's of this with smoke and everything at RS.com, but I get nothing. No smoke, no steam, no nothing. Any ideas?

Did you add a driver on this loco?
One of the last patches of RW has changed that only Locos with driver are smoking.

Yes, it's completely drivable. Yet, nothing. I'm stumped.

I don't have this loco but I don't see any steam in your screen shots either. I wonder if it's something to do with the in game graphics settings you've got? If they are not already on "full" have you tried turning any of them up?

It will be somewhere referring to it using the IOW steam and crew no doubt just try checking all the filter boxes and delete all the blueprints

Lady Ingrid is one of my creations, and I am puzzled as to why there is no smoke or steam.
Does anyone else have this problem?

I think my game is corrupt, doing the dreaded delete entire game and reinstall. I'll let you know once I reinstalled how it goes

Nope. Definitely something with your model. I completely deleted my RW and redownloaded it, reinstalled this loco.

No smoke, and RW's crashes as soon as you try to place a Push Pull carriage to it.

Probably unnecessary question- Have you hit the clear cache button?

Yup..

Every, and all other steam engines smoke and steam just like they should. This thing just doesn't. I can drive it, I hear the chugs, I have boiler pressure and a fire, just no smoke or steam.

I'm presuming that Kevin has used the default Kuju smoke effects with his loco.

In that case you need to click on the object set filter button (in scenario editor) and then select Kuju and then Railsimulator, in the right hand selection panel, to see the smoke.

Hi styckx,

You could download and install the RS version, that's what I did (before the RW release) and it's fine but without 'chuffing' smoke effect.

Hi Paul,

I've just tried it with one of my own loco's, and just selecting kuju / railsimulator seems to get the smoke working ok, without adding a default loco.

Something may have changed, as seem to remember having to add a default loco somewhere on the route, in the "old" days.
