Those wagons are just fantastic. You have skills that I can only dream of :D

There are so many aspects to 3D Modelling that it does take a long time to work out how they all work together, but a real inspiration to keep me going is that (I think) you are producing your models in 3D Canvas which proves that this relatively inexpensive program is actually capable of creating some very professional work in the right hands.
Now you've made me blush!!

I can assure you that everything I do is made in Canvas. I also, mainly, use an old Paint program called "Picture Publisher 8" that was free on a computer magazine disk, many years ago. I also use Paint.net for making my normal maps.
I've probably spent about £50 (for canvas and an upgrade) in all, so I reckon you can make reasonable Railwork's models without having to spend thousands of pounds in software.

Thanks for what you said. It's appreciated.

Cheers,
kevin

Hi

I have done as much as I can on the beach huts and hope they are good enough to use in the project. Thanks to the help have been given I now can see how the lighting effects work in RW so I am now going to try an Ice Cream Hut and see if I can do better.

I just think it is the shadow playing tricks Kevin making the near wheels look off the rail.

To be honest, they may be slightly under gauge, which can give a similar effect when looking at pictures. I'll check them out, to make sure

I think it's just an optical illusion. It looks ok in the game.
