Hi

Tried it on my laptop and it loads fine, I think something nasty has happened to the route on my PC.

Thanks for your support, I will have to do a complete reinstall of RW

Thanks for trying on another computer to confirm Paul. Peter, not sure what to suggest there mate as it seems to be working for everybody else. I'll wait and see what happens with other people before deciding the next course of action.

Cheers Gav, seems that it does actually work. It now makes me wonder what causes the scenario to not work for the odd few, cannot understand it.

Just double click on the package downloaded from here and it should give you an option to extract to your desired location. Then, install the .rwp that is unpacked as normal. Alternatively, right click the file and select "extract here", this will extract the .rwp to the same location as the file you have downloaded. Hope this helps.

desktop or "here" if it's (the rar file) on the desktop already, its easier if you allow rar to let you have a right click menu (which I think is the default setup)

No, you have gone a step too far and actually extracted the .rwp file.

All you should need to do is highlight the .rar file, right click on it and select the option to extract it to a folder.
