repurchasing railworks after refund

I have just got round to getting my refund on railworks after acidently paying full price.
Cannot remember what the code is to obtain a discount, or where you enter that in the purchasing procedure, can anyone help?

Unfortunately, I think you've taken too long sorting things out, I believe that the offer has now ended.

Hi Nick
how did you manage to get refunded from them ?
I payed too the full price even if I entered my discount code.
It was my first purchase on Steam and I didn't know that the button "purchase" was "no way back".
So my visa was charged the full price

I've soon opened a ticket to steam but no answer yet

I didn't see before the wiki article but I did by myself about the same, filling up a ticket in the “Ask a Question” section on Steam support site.
I'm waiting now for further instructions.

Steam answered yesterday and told me that the promotion ended on July 17 ?!?!?
If I knew I wouldn't purchased the game.
Now I'm going to see if there is a a way to give it back.

I thought both the Steam offer and the DVD trade up offer ended on 17 July but I see that the £19.99 trade up is still being advertised on the RS.com website.

I'm a little puzzled now.
This situation is partially my fault but they should have removed on time the promo advertise from RS.com site.
I've also read (too late) that Steam doesn't refund for on-line purchases.

So, let's wait a bit for their response.
