A pic of the disk won't help, but it is about as thin as 4 sheets of A4 80gm paper, not like a "real" DVD.

And I thought floppy discs had gone out of fashion.
I assume who ever tried that didn't like the title very much.

Ive got a few DVD films like that, they really are scarily fragile, although ive never snapped one so they may be more robust than they look :)

Can somebody snap one of the discs, to see how much pressure it takes to break them..?

My DVD drive is flat not U shaped. :D

tried different resolutions and saved all good but still same problem

i have another hd i use with just trainsim stuff on for uk diy shows i am gonna have a go on installing it there to see if it works

been on steam forum cant seem to find a solution
I really can't understand why it won't work, I've installed RW on both my main pc and on a laptop without problems. My problems started when I started to add content and scenarios from RS, I had to remove them all, and add them one at a time and run RW, if I got an error, I deleted the add on. I know RW are aware of this problem and are working on it.

well tried the above and guess what it works fine and i am impressed!

same computer just different hd running xp sp2 default graphic driver,updated itself .net framework 2 and phyx

my original setup is an fully up-to-date xp sp3 nvdia newest driver .net framework 3.5 latter was updated after rw wouldnt work

gonna see if i can pin point the problem on my main hd over the next few days

also dont have adverts at beginning or within steam but thats not at problem!!!
