I sent for a Railworks Box set more than two weeks ago. I would have expected to have received it by now. I have tried to contact Rail Sim Support but have only received a Computer Generated note saying check FAQs.
Does anyone know how long this takes or how to contact a person at rail sim.

The box set is not being released until the 3rd of July. The download version was released on the 12th of June.
The value of your investments may go up as well as down.

Yeah, it's a bit of a wait, isn't it. It will be shipping from next Friday so it will be the week after next before we start getting it in the post.
