Projected Light Element
Hi guys I thought you might be interested in this, from the rail works wiki "This feature is currently disabled pending correct implementation", sounds cool.

there was a discussion in a wishlist about this topic. So the new entry in the WiKi let assume that they develop some things

For those interested this video shows very little light projected,if fact i'm sure some guy with a light is just shining to give the illusion,took from the fictionalized version of the Great Train Robbery,

The Railworks headlight light issue really depends on which part of the world you live in.
Not so much of a problem in the UK, but a big problem in the USA.

Thank's for the video Kevin,that sounds like a nice loco
,I doubt if we will get a tailored projected light one for the US and one for the UK,maybe a compromise and something in between.
Hopefully we can MOD light parameters for distance/intensity that would suit both parties

That would be ideal. And in the lineside view, the headlights should appear in the distance as a big ball of light that obscures the train until it is very close.

The camera lens exaggerates the effect, but it looks similar with the naked eye.
My route is set in 1960s UK, so I'm actually happy with the lighting set up as it stands.

A problem in Australia too!The Railworks headlight light issue really depends on which part of the world you live in.
