Keep verifying until the files are re-acquired, this of course will wipe your editing clean, far better to edit a clone of a default/DLC route.

Yeah, no amount of verifying will fix a cloned route, as Steam doesn't know or care about it.

Have you set your graphics card to 'application controlled'? If not, TSX will show black skies and other strange effects.

My railway photos are now on Google + - links to the albums are in this thread http://forums.uktrainsim.com/viewtopic. ... 9&t=149558

Lots of steam and early diesels from 1959 to 1963.

Does the default route load? Do other routes load?

Maybe try deleting initialsave.bin? I don't know if it has anything to do with the issue but deleting the file fixes many route loading issues. Also a black sky and ground can suggest that there's something wrong with the RailsimulatorCore texture reference, for the ground textures and sky domes. But I don't think the template blueprint is also cloned so if the textures in the original route load then the clone isn't using another template.

Likewise. There is little point in you asking for help from members here, only to say that you've fixed the problem without saying how.

You must have some idea of what you did to your installation, just before your problem was fixed - not sharing this with the community deprives anyone else with the same problem of knowing what your solution was, and how they might fix a similar problem.

That is hardly in the spirit of these forums - we all work together here, to the same ends. :-?

A little bit of punctuation wouldn't go amiss either - no one will be able to help if they can't understand what is being said :-?

OK...thats a wee bit too garbled to make sense of on a first read through, but it looks like you have the .geo files in the wrong directory.....they should be a directory above the texture directory.

I think I've made a little more sense of it now....not much though....

from reading the description on APs web site, the class 455 is only needed for the scenarios...take that out of the equation for now, as the sound pack doesn't do anything to them.
Why have you moved anything into the class 455 folder structure?

To help us help you I'd suggest you re-post detailing properly; and as FoggyMorning has suggested, with some punctuation to make it readable, exactly what you've done differently from the instructions that come with the sound pack.
