Maerdy Valley line eh? Just looked it up on Wikipeda and looks an excellent choice. Should be a good place to give Petes 56xx a run for its money too.

Ultimately the NCB was a large user of these locos. Who wouldnt want somewhere appropriate to run it?

(wonders to self If I can think of a reason to run it at Coalpit heath on Western Rails)
