You most likely are as 1) AFAIK the Dash 9 update was scheduled for tonite (although there's not been any mention of it for more than a week, so that may never happen) and 2) it was specified that a more specific date would be given later.

It's not like a planned release slot which is paid for by the publisher and the content distributed to the various servers around the world ahead of the release time.

I wonder if the post advertising this update will also suddenly disappear from RSC's Facebook Wall, like the post from late June advertising the Dash 9 upgrade 'next Thursday' (i.e. Yesterday)...
