Just Trains - No Response to my Query

Hi All
I am having major problems trying to Install the Voyager Advanced (Upgrade) which I purchased on 3 June 2012.
I have contacted Just Trains through their Customer Support and by Email but after 3 Days I still haven't had a response and/or acknowlegement.
My advice to them was as follows :-
I have purchased your Voyager Advanced as I already have your Voyager.
I downloaded it OK and when I go to install it I select "The Stand Alone Version of Voyager Advanced" and then put in my Email Address and my Password I get advised :-
"Sorry,There doesn't seem to be a Purchase of this Product on your Account"
I have attached all the emails I have received to verify that I have indeed purchased it.
I have downloaded it 3 times now just in case I had a corrupt Download but each time I get the same advice
I have currently eleven (11) of Just Trains excellent products and this is the only one I have had problems with - I purchased their A4 Pacific on 4 June 2012 and that installed perfectly.
One interesting thing though is that all the other exe.Files had the light Grey Logo whereas this one has the Green Just Trains Logo on the exe.File.
Can anyone suggest an email address to Just Trains I can use so I can get this problem sorted out please?
