Just Trains - No Response to my Query

Hi All

I am having major problems trying to Install the Voyager Advanced (Upgrade) which I purchased on 3 June 2012.

I have contacted Just Trains through their Customer Support and by Email but after 3 Days I still haven't had a response and/or acknowlegement.

My advice to them was as follows :-

I have purchased your Voyager Advanced as I already have your Voyager.

I downloaded it OK and when I go to install it I select "The Stand Alone Version of Voyager Advanced" and then put in my Email Address and my Password I get advised :-
"Sorry,There doesn't seem to be a Purchase of this Product on your Account"

I have attached all the emails I have received to verify that I have indeed purchased it.


I have downloaded it 3 times now just in case I had a corrupt Download but each time I get the same advice :roll:

I have currently eleven (11) of Just Trains excellent products and this is the only one I have had problems with - I purchased their A4 Pacific on 4 June 2012 and that installed perfectly.

One interesting thing though is that all the other exe.Files had the light Grey Logo whereas this one has the Green Just Trains Logo on the exe.File.

Can anyone suggest an email address to Just Trains I can use so I can get this problem sorted out please?

There won't have been anyone in the office until tomorrow/today (Wednesday 6th June) due to the long Bank Holiday weekend.

I wasn't aware that you had a Holiday - We didn't get one is Australia :wink:

Hi,

if you have bought the voyager as an upgrade to the standard I think you will need to select "Upgrade for the download / Boxed version of Voyager" rather than selecting installing as standalone.

UK doesn't normally have bank holidays in June, but the Queen's Diamond Jubilee celeberations meant Friday and this Monday gone were turned into bank holidays, so JT wouldn't have been in the office.

Not the only one caught out by the long weekend, forgot myself and went food shopping at supermarket to find it more packed than a subway train :x :lol:

I think they are at Railfest York this week Along with most of Yorkshire judging by the ques at the Park & Ride earlier today

Hi All

I received a response from James of Just Trains today which confirmed that I have now installed the Voyager Upgrade correctly.

What a magnificent upgrade this is - the Upgraded Voyager is a pleasure to drive after you have read the very detailed and excellent instructions "Driving the Voyager Advanced" - Pages 21 to 23 Inclusive.
