Where can I get this download?

I've been trying to get the 'FSA Container Reskin by NewS ' so I can run the Mayflower Line scenarios, but I can't find a Railworks version? Does anyone have a link to a version that would work for the scenarios please?

Says for Railsimulator but works perfectly fine in Railworks.
