Good evening,
I found out something odd when resuming a scenario, which involves changing cabs. When I play such a scenario, change cabs, then save and resume, there are some trains (for example the Class 380 or 450) in which I am placed in the wrong cab (the cab which is driving backwards). Also, the train brakes quite firmly because of the throttle (which is suddenly giving traction in the wrong direction).
The only way to "fix" this, is come to a full stop and then changing cabs. Another remedy is just not save the game when I've changed cabs.
But is there a known "real" solution to this problem?
Thanks in advance,
Martijn

Resuming a scenario after changing cabs
My apologies for any spelling or grammatical errors in my posts.
Re: Resuming a scenario after changing cabs
Yes I got the same in the 444 yesterday. Haven't tried the other Desiros
Re: Resuming a scenario after changing cabs
Exactly the same happened to me yesterday on EG with the 170 also a resume on the NEC saved while travelling at speed the resume caused an immediate and rather spectacular derail. I believe resume works better if saved while stopped? Still the save\resume is pretty broken.

Thanks, I'm glad I'm not the only one with this issue.
Fortunately I didn't get derailments so far, but I hope this will be solved in the future.

Re: Resuming a scenario after changing cabs
Its a game bug that happens in a lot of stock sadly.
Some of that being the IEP, JT67, 390. I haven't tried the Desiros yet myself.
On some of the scenarios i have done i have put a note in to only safe when stationary or you will have to come to an emergency halt to regain complete control of the train.
Although at least its not as bad as the bug with Steam Locomotives where they go into the atmosphere pretty much after resuming a scenario whilst on the move.
