I'm also,experiencing problems with the bogie run sounds, they carried on while stopped at a red and then got louder with passing AI traffic. it's happened a few times. I hear no jointed track sounds in the cab and the in cab horn sometimes has no sound.

Tested the same scenario again tonight and everything was working properly with the Class 40 sounds. Possibly a bug in the game which makes some samples to play at the wrong wolume.
