can anone tell me how you load and unload the mail bags .all i get is passengers in in and out

Same as you would with passangers, pull upto a station and press 'T'

i have press T but still get passangers no mail bags

Whether you see mail bags or passengers probably depends on the platform I imagine.

The WCML north route has royal mail staff at sheildmuir. They will help you unload all those mail bags.

Don't worry about it. They are Royal Mail staff, it's just Casual Friday.

That would be Agency staff, they use a lot of those on Royal mail now.
