Forget about expensive fancy gyms!
A good shunting session with that moving cars around should be more than enough

I've been to the Kalamazoo races in Cummins (western South Australia) where you get to see teams of people racing them up and down the tracks in the centre of the town. It was a unique event which helped save Cummins from extinction as a town.
