I'm with you on this one mate! My secret evening / weekend pursuit of playing trains on a computer is not something I wish to openly advertise to colleauges and the wider world I may bump into
And there I was thinking I was the only one embarrassed to admit to the hobby! I could just barely own up to the populace about flightsim, but when my attention turned to Railworks, my wife said "at least planes are a bit cool, but if you dare tell any of our friends what you're up to now driving pretend trains, the pc goes out the spare room window!!"

Therefore my vote goes to pjt1974 for the cryptic SBHH with KEEP CALM and VERIFY CACHE underneath

My wife says the same mate. Thankfully we've got to the stage in our relationship where I am no longer out to impress and couldn't give a monkeys what she thinks! I do however still care about what other people think and walking round in a t shirt that publically states I play trains on a computer is not a stage of life I am currently at! I had the recent shame of one of my wife's very attractive friends looking at my Raildriver console on the PC desk and enquiring as to what on earth it was. My wife took great pleasure in explaining much to my squirming shame!

If anyone asks me what SBHH stands for I will tell them that it is a short description of myself -

Sexy Brave Handsome Hero

I'll get my coat then ..

The Electrostar has a massive troll face? Hmm, I guess it does if you squint a bit...

<chuckle> Have to say I empathise with that - although my wife's cool with it, and I've suckered one good friend into parting with cash in RSC's direction. Haven't yet talked him into coming to a diesel gala though. :-?

Whatever wording on the T-shirt, maybe UKTS can offer a 6 month subscription prize for the best picture of you wearing the T-shirt. One stipulation, there has got to be a train or a Railway in the photo with you.

On the footplate of the Darjeeling Railway would win hands down I think
For disclosure, I am affiliated with a third party developer however, I do not know anything about any future releases unless I'm working on them and even then, I'd be breaking years worth of built up trust to say anything about it ;-)

Go easy on him, you took his remark out of context - just after your abbreviated quote he said "I do still care what other people think..." Evidently it's only his missus' opinion which doesn't count, so cut the guy some slack, okay?

playing trains on a computer is not something I wish to openly advertise
Haha! Me too! Likewise friends find it geeky that I play flight sims (although those that have actually had a go on my setup think its awesome) but the train thing is a bridge to far.

I hate the fact that steam lets people know just how much ive been playing (and how much ive spent on DLC).

As for the misses, she finds it hard to understand, but then again, one of her favorite pastimes is putting the world to rights on mumsnet. Which I find equally abhorrent.

Cool thing is my 5 month old son, likes nothing better than sitting on my knee and bashing the spacebar to sound the horn/Whistle! Guess we have her outnumbered :D

Now a Trainsim T-shirt on him would look cool :D

Cut me some slack, and forgive my lack of a smiley in the post to indicate 'humour'...just as I took his use of the word 'thankfully' to be tongue in cheek too along with his recount of his 'squirming shame' at being a train geek. My 'significant other' has christened us 'trackies', a play on the term used to describe devotees of Star Treck, so should D1000 feature on any T-shirt?

Whoops! I was feigning indignation for comic effect... No smiley necessary on your part, I did see a tongue in a cheek there!

It could feature D1676 on the back/performing a nerve hold
