Does anyone know if the branded repaints for the 170 still work?
All of the ones that came packaged with the 170 work, any third party reskins do not though and lets just say, make your screen have a rave party.

Thought that would be the case; thanks for confirming!

I tried driving the Scotrail 170 on ScECML and got the "thunk thunk"; should I delete blueprints? (bit reluctant to verify cache as that would wipe out most AP sounds)

Hit the "Clear Cache" button first to see if that fixes it, it simply clears the files stored in memory so you won't lose any packs. Cache Verification should only be used as a last resort! There are quite a few fixes that need to be made to get reskins working properly again since the update - I'm in the process of writing a tutorial. I'll post back when I'm done :)

I did clear the blueprint cache, it does no harm at all, and still hear the 'thunk thunk' rail joint sound on E-G so I'm not sure that earlier reports of it being fixed are correct.

Could someone tell me what new scenarios were included, please? I am not sure I have them.

I have the 'thunk thunk' sound, but I believe it behaves correctly now, as opposed to hearing the AI train's thunks in your cab.

I hope someone can fix the FTPE repaint as I used that alot due to the fact we don't have the class185 yet.

Not tested extensively yet but I did hear an approaching 170's 'thunk thunk' one or twice as I waited for departure in Queen St, but perhaps it's not as obtrusive as it was. Time will tell!

Update: I've just tested the Westbound Express scenario where in the previous version you could hear the HST that passes you as you wait for the road 'thunk-thunking' from a long way off. That's now completely disappeared and you hear a faint 'normal' rail joint sound as it actually passes you - much improved thank you RSC / Mr Thomson!

I thought that was the 158? I didn't realise there was one for the 170.

The second file turned it into a three car. I use it alot on your Newcastle to York route so it's abit of a pain that it's now broke.
