Class 37 Replacement Horn - Warning

Hi All

I don't think the following file has been made correctly for TS2012. I followed the instructions to the letter, and now I have no horn sound at all on the 37. I think it should be removed until the problems (that others seem to have had too) are resolved.

I now have to do the check local asset thing (humrrumph) to get my horn back.

BEWARE!! (And unlike me, back up).

I have PM'd the author but no reply yet.

Hi Zack. Can I ask. Have you contacted the author (andrewwhite82) before posting? To quote from the file library description:
Any problems feel free to PM me on UKTS andrewwhite82
It is possible there is a problem with the pack. It is also possible that there is a problem with your install. The first thing to do is speak to the creator and see if they can help. If it turns out that the pack is fine and it was a problem with your install then this thread simply muddies the water.

Are you all TS2012 users?
And Nobkins, please see the bottom opf my email.

The author has been in contact. I feel it is only responsible to share my experience. If you don't want it, fine.

Nobody said they did not want to know your experiences. However, you are urging people to avoid this download and that it be removed. Given that no one knows the cause of your problem and there is still a strong possibility that there is nothing wrong with the pack I was urging caution and encouraging you to contact the author and give them a day or two to respond.

The author can remove the pack if they wish to whilst they investigate so this is also the most likely way of getting what you think should happen (removal of the pack).

Like wise if you do not want the benefit of my experience then you are free to ignore it :D

The author is looking into it so hopefully a solution will be found soon.
