Is the PRR K4 ok to use on other US railroads? UK?
Intel Core i7 2600K 3.40GHz @ 4.60GHz,
Nvidia GeForce GTX 580 3072MB
Motherboard: Intel Z68 (Socket 1155), 8MB DDR3 RAM. On-board Sound
Windows 7 64
I Mean, that should do it?

If you don't mind driving through bridges/platforms/tunnel roofs/signal gantries, then you can drive it on a UK route yes - it's way too big to fit properly. Should be fine on other US routes, the cab signals should even work somewhat on NEC.
