not moving

hi i have just come across a problem with my route when i hover my cursor over a object insted on glowing red it doesn't do anything so i cannot move it or do anything to the objects
please can i have some help

Try moving your position and clicking from a different angle, sometimes objects seem to interfere with each other in regards to selecting them.

I've recently had this, and as Brian suggests, either try a different angle or move the sound domes that tend to get in the way as mentioned further down this section in this thread

What object(s) is(are) affected?

Some routes, notably Edinburgh - Glasgow and some of the US ones have had the ability to select and move objects sourced from them taken out.

You might also want to try saving, exiting and re-entering the editor as I have noticed sometimes it is possible to select items, such as lofts or tracks, but unable to move or delete them. Restarting the editor usually puts this right.

More recently I have been unable to add a new section of track and alter the gradient. First realised changing the angle sort-of fixed it, though I was confused as to what was being highlighted instead of my track, it appeared invisible at first and I thought, what the... Then I realised it was the sound domes. At the moment just nudging them out the way is working.
