You'll find PP uses step 1 braking for everywhere, so no help for 166ing. I have modified my 166 so not much help either! ( I will throw that up for download one day ). There are some other guys around, one drives 455s a lot which would be similar if they're on of the disk braked ones. The current JT153 brakes were done using some real timing data if you want a reference point for shoe brakes, use step 1 with that the same way as you would for the 150.
