It would depend on whether the driver wanted to keep their job. You also have the issue of wagons only being rated for 75mph, and the issue of increased air turbulence causing infrastructure damage, danger to passing trains and a hazard to people at level crossings and stations. The duty of care that train drivers have to prevent their operations causing harm to people would be a good enough reason to not go over their service speed limit.
