All parts slowly get together... some Durango Yard WIP screenshots for you.

Durango is the RR's HQ and starting point of every train to Silverton.

Oh boy! A Mike! Very nice. Going to take a ride on the prototype again this summer. Perhaps I'll be driving on it virtually again by then as well! :-)

only just discovered this thread/project and it looks amazing. Not something in my general area of interest normally but I'll be very tempted to dip into my pockets for this!

Hopefully release not too far away. In addition to being a superb route in its own right, I'm looking forward to getting my hands on "main line" narrow gauge resources. In addition to my ambition to build some of the former Balkan narrow gauge, venerable routes such as Puffing Billy in Australia are pretty much impossible at the moment (in RW) as you need a loco capable of handling 1 in 30 gradients.

This one passed me by also, so I'm very grateful for the thread-necro 8)

Great choice; an iconic and genuinely classic route and opens up many opportunities. I've not yet had the pleasure of visiting the real thing although we've been awful close on a couple of occasions (Moab, UT :drinking: )

I'll be hanging on to some of my RW cash for this

Thanks for all the praise guys. We're looking forward to release the first version soon (which is no later than April).

We've been in contact with American Heritage Railways, parent company of Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge RR, and we'll recieve permission to use all logos of the real thing.
Great, isn't it? :)
