Where can I download US Electric Locomotives from. You can find a lot of default diesel locomotives with the US type couplers, but none in electric and all the others use the UK type couplers

There really aren't many. The AEM-7 from the NEC pack, the Acela Pack and there is the Britkit GG1. RSC are building a GG1 though also.
Other than that, there isn't anything else. There are no signs anyone is building anything more modern for the NEC. We have other Electrics (here in the states) but they are unique to specific routes.

I want an e60. Just ungodly beasts that had no business running 80-90mph passenger service. But they did.
Fun fact for those not in the States. We do have a electric freight operation still. Running E60's.
