Im I right in that once I have laid an easement, I can create a normal curve afterwards and it will have a smooth transition when superelevation is used?
As well, after laying piece of track with easements, turning it off will mean that i still have to lay with easments, but new pieces of track don't. Any idea's for what to do to get it normal?
Help is greatly appreciated.

To get back to normal after laying easements you have to lay a small straight section of track, then you should be able to make any curve you like.

You have to transition back to the straight condition, just as you transitioned to the curve.
The key to knowledge is not to rely on others to teach you it.

When I try to ease it back to straight, it just goes to the right (after turning left). I will have a play about.

Super elevation is implemented simply by selecting the required section of track and ticking the superelevation box in he track properties fly-outTheTazman wrote:I am not a route builder but would be intrested in seein a video of just how the Super Elevation is contructed.
