Dear Chris,
That is wonderful news. I was always a captive fan of your MSTS trains and I really hope I can drive some of them in RW3 in the near future.
Thanks in advance
Ton Egas from the Netherlands.

Indeed, I too echo the positive reactions to your return, loved your models for the old clunker too.

Well I got my first grey box-on-cylinders into the game last night. Holy . the asset editor is a handful. The tutorial was hard enough - it's going to be a steep learning curve to figure that thing out.
So my plan is to start off with a straight conversion of one of the old models - not sure which one yet. It won't have a cab or anything - just want to see if I can get it into the game. Once I get that done, I'll be looking at rezzing up the model(s). The graphics engine in TS2012 is far more capable than the old clunker in MSTS so the trains need a lot more detail.
Hi Chris!
Welcome back! I have always loved your models for MSTS.
If you're still wondering where to start, the "Hondekop" would be my favourite
Kind regards,

This sounds very exciting! I remember many happy hours in the mid eighties on Amsterdam station spotting.
Hope all goes well.

Absolutely Rik, I go there every couple of months as part of my job. You must be talking about the nice museums, canals and art galleries.

Just to add my "me too" to this list, really looking forward to what you do Chris. A lovely collection of the bright yellow NS stock would be outstanding for the sim, I recall not that long ago at least one dutch user was commenting on the lack of dutch stock for TS2012 - and now here you are!
Matt.
