Now that there are 3 period, quality products from this lot it is certainly worth picking them up and getting some scenarios 'knocked out' that feature all 3 products on the Newcastle Line... :) Cheap Price-High Quality!

Hi all,

Just bought this and downloaded it with the scenario. Wagon looks great as expected, and the scenario is long and interesting as well. I Like the temporary lit speed limit signs, something new for the sceamrion writers to utilise . A must buy from these guys in my opinion, and I hope a scenario pack showcasing their stock will appear in the future.

It seems a pity then that we won't be able to discuss that pack much thanks to Fastline's choice of motive power addons.

Glad to see that folks are liking our latest humble offering and a big thank you to all those have purchased so far.

I personally don't see any issues with discussing the scenario packs as naturally you'll be discussing how wonderfully crafted and engaging they are, no need to mention the motive power or rolling stock at all

Getting back to the subject of the Sea Urchins - very good pack. Had an interesting drive on the supplied scenario this afternoon. The TSR kit will I suspect become a feature of many scenarios.
Kindest regards

Thanks John,

Glad you enjoyed the trip in the dark ;-)

I just need to extract digit now and get a reskinning pack out so folks can have speeds other than 40mph!

Just a quick heads up that a patch has been uploaded for the Sea Urchins. Nothing really major, just an aesthetic tweak.

More details can be found here: http://www.fastline-simulation.co.uk/ho ... patch.html

Whilst browsing found Fastline are now doing a reskin pack for the VDA and ZCA wagons http://www.fastline-simulation.co.uk/home/all-news.html which means some creative soul could produce an EWS VDA, a Civils Grey and Yellow version and some other versions I hadn't seen ,take a look at Paul Bartletts really useful site for some inspiration http://paulbartlett.zenfolio.com/brvda for VDAs and here for http://paulbartlett.zenfolio.com/zca ZCAs. I'd have a crack myself but reskinning isn't really my area of expertise  .

Would be good to have the LUL match wagon VDA, new scenario maybe? Deliver a 438 unit to Old Oak for transfer over to the Met at a later date... Sadly reskinning in Railworks is completely new and confusing(plus I don't have a good programme to repaint with) to me...

You can learn completely for free!

RSBinTool can be used to export the .dds file from within RW, Paint .net has the .dds plugin included (with newer versions) and can be used to both paint the reskin and save into .dds format before using RSBinTool to put it back in the sim.
