Erratic class 166 keyboard and/or raildriver behavior

hi, i have noticed a problem with the 166 power handle in f4 mode, to go up or down notches if i release the mouse button when the handle is on a notch, for instance '10%' the handle will shoot up to 100%, minus numbers will go to minus 100%. the trick is to let go of the mouse button when near to '10%' rather than at '10%'

i noticed this happens with the class 86 also

I have this also with the 166 though it appears to be worse on full screen than when I test on a small screen?
