AFAIK the lights were added as children of existing objects - which means those objects *have* been changed.
The key to knowledge is not to rely on others to teach you it.

That may explain it then - but I thought it worth a mention anyway!

Well, actually Michael there are some station soundpacks already available freely, there is this one from the UKTS library - http://www.uktrainsim.com/filelib-info. ... leid=24329

There are also those available from Mullys website that I use on nearly all of my major stations, especially the Scottish ones, see here, right at the bottom of the page - http://mullys.webs.com/mullysrailworksfreeware.htm

This may help in a short interim period until we get a bigger pack for the community to obtain from a clever creator.

Cheerz. Transport Steve.

You're welcome Nelson.

Now, I have a silly question for Richard please, and something I may have asked before regarding these types of packs, but, can't seem to find a quick answer.
The 4 default routes that you've provided this lighting pack for, I HAVE CLONED, can you advise me how to put this pack in my cloned routes please, Sir.....

Thanks.

Steve

They should in theory be automatically applied to the cloned route as that clone will still reference the same objects which have this lighting implemented. :)

Hi Richard, would it be possible to weave your special magic and produce a weather sound pack for us sometime? Something like, just a pitter-patter when the rain first starts hitting the windscreen building to a heavier sound, and vice versa, perhaps with a bit of wind thrown in for stormy nights etc. How atmospheric and immersive would that be? And well worth a fiver. It could be called AP_Weather_Soundpack perhaps?

Good idea there Dave. I've always wanted to do a weather focused pack to really get the most out of what the game can achieve. Things are very busy at the moment though so it'll have to join the ever-increasing list of potential products :).

Bit off topic, Richard, but I wonder how your Class 421 Scenario Pack is coming along? Really looking forward to that one!

Cheers Richard, looking forward to it, I think then the Sim will be almost complete for most of us, with all the light mods coming out too, very exciting.

Got this and wow, really brings the scenarios to life with the lighting effects pack!
However, is anyone experiencing a FPS drop or is that the class 47 loco? I have it with the cablight mod (with shadows). My FPS on the demo scenario is at 14.
