RW2012 Dosent work for me after Update, SBH Error!

I updated my version of RW2 to TS2012 today, and found once the install had finished, that nothing worked on it, the menu loaded up, but every route, and scenario that I tried to load, (I tried loads of them from many different routes, Such as SDR, Ox - Pdd, New - Yrk, Brstw - San, Falmouth branch etc).

I tried turning it off and on again (hahaha....) and tried verifying the game cache, but no effect on it at all.

I have already emailed RW Support but will have to await a response from them, but in the mean time does anybody have any ideas on what could be causing this? my RW2 worked well before but now even routes wont load up in the editor, as soon as it begins loading, it goes SBH error.

What settings are you trying to load them on?

If the setting are too high for your pc then they won't load and a SBHH will result

I have tried it on lowest settings, with the TSX on, and off, with the same result.

I have deleted the local game content and reinstalled it, and it seems to work now. although I do believe my PC is massivley under powered to run the game, with the TSX engine on, even on the lowest setting it is quite slow. Without the TSX engine it is the same as before. Upgrade as soon as possible needed!

When you say you have deleted the local game content and re-installed it and now it works can you give a bit more detail as I am a novice at this and trying to fix for my son. thanks Alistair

If you go into your steam library, and right click on TS-2012, there is an option called Properties, from this menu, go to "Local Files" and then click"Delete local content" this will uninstall Railworks from the computer. To reinstall, you will have to redownload it from steam.

Please be aware, Im no expert and it has only worked for me by chance, there is no gaurentee that it will work for you, and I will not take responsibility for it having any effect on your install.
