Will the V3 scenario packs work with the Steam version of the Port Road?

Not sure they do, I think there was discussion about it when the Steam version was released but cannot remember the exact details.

You will need to manually copy them from the V3 folder to the folder used by Steam (00000010-0000-0000-0000-000000000000), but I believe that's the only thing that's different in terms of scenarios.

Installing it by manually extracting the package (using 7-Zip) to a temporary location is probably the best way to handle this. It should save the hassle of hunting around the Scenarios folder trying to work out which scenarios you need to copy.
