I think it's in the "Train Simulator 2012 Ready" sticker.

Hi Derek, is it possible to know what these 'tests' were? Was there anything that modified the route. The reason I'm asking is that I've recently started working on extensions from the southern end.

Is the new UK train the 'Deltic' by any chance?

If you look at RSC's train blog "How to make an F7_ Step 1" it clearly says this:

"...I then set about nose section. The plan was to spline model the section as I had done for my new deltic but as I started it at the end of the day I just started pushing some shapes around to see how I would do..."

I could have got the wrong end of the stick but I dont know :P

lol, no not the deltic. That is something I have been on with for a little while. If anyone follows my personal blog you may have seen it talked about once or twice.

Core rolling stock will get updated, some more than others over the next couple of weeks.

I'll keep you guys updated as we move through them.

regards

Derek

I seem to recall you were working on a couple of steam engines : A LNER K4 ( The Great Marquess ) and LNER 0-6-0 ( can't remember which J ) and a LNER G5 0-4-4

A 52 would be a good fit for the GWML, but something would have to be done about the diesel-hydraulic physics model first.

That, or fudge it using a diesel-electric model, and live with the F4 panel having an oddly out-of-place ammeter reading. Ugh.
The key to knowledge is not to rely on others to teach you it.

There is already a model of the aforementioned loco by one of RSC's regular partners... I can't see them duplicating that

Incidentally, it has no ammeter reading either
