I did not wish to upset anyone by suggesting the use of RW_Tools, I was just pointing out to the original poster one way of getting a list of scenarios names along with the hex names of the folders they were in.

If users want to copy routes or scenarios using the packager then they can do that if they trust it. I just tried it again just now as under:-

As you can see I selected 3 scenarios on the left hand side, and how many scenarios are there in the package on the right-hand side?

I believe two of the scenarios you selected (Scotsman in the Snow and the [56xx] scenario) are "Protected". This means that the built in Railworks Packager will not allow you to create an .rwp file of them. With Steam DLC this is not a problem, as the scenarios should automatically download on to the new computer with the rest of the Railworks content.
It is, however, a potential issue with non-Steam payware

I do believe that Mike was just ticking three random boxes for the sake of showing what is going on in the packager.
