Train Simulator 2012

Post by RSPaul »

I am delighted and extremely excited to announce Railworks 3: Train Simulator 2012 will be launched on the 23 September 2011. Over the year’s the community has been a fantastic support to RailSimulator.com, making RailWorks 2 a worldwide success last year not least because the wealth of add-ons allowed players to make the game truly their own. I hope you’ll be as excited and proud as I am when you see what has been achieved with Train Simulator 2012, It really does bring Train Simulation bang up to date with a plethora of new simulation features and cutting edge visuals and sound. Visit http://www.trainsimulator2012.com <http://www.trainsimulator2012.com/> for more details.

Does look excellent. The lighting looks fabulous and the idea of superelevation is very exciting.

So we've got superelevation and upgraded track... Wonder what <deleted> will complain about from now on? :P

The updated graphics engine looks incredible! I like the water droplets on the windscreen and the much more convincing lighting!

Is anyone else rolling their eyes at the kids on facebook who've started screaming that it's a new game before having read the small print for RW2 owners? I like the way the new game engine is called TSX... that rings a bell

This is great to see. Well done RSC, this is going to push rail simulation to the next level. Isn't great that we have a simulator that's in constant development? Makes the future very exciting!
