Preferably in a nuclear bunker of some sort.

However, the forums should be fine, thats where I shall be. Come and join me.

Cheers. Will sit on the fence with you. Bring along some Dark Choccy Digestives and a flask.

Now it makes sense to be located in a dockyard ... you can get a high speed boat out of the country if things get a bit hot :D

That's a good idea Geoff, but I don't like boats. I'll use my Mitsubishi Evo instead, that'll get me away from the scene quickly.

In all seriousness, it's sods law that I'm working when the update is announced, so I'll should be okay (hopes!) and will miss the riot. I'll try and log on after 7ish but that's unlikely. I hope it's as good as all the hype has made it out to be, whatever 'it' is....

The announcement is only the beginning. I am sure that there will be a lot of feedback on UKTS over the weekend from the preview team.

I think the advised action is to take a door of its hinges and lean it against a wall at about 45 degrees and cover it with matresses then crawl inside. Or was that for nuclear attack? :)

I was just going to post that, JUST!

I can see today been long and the moderators jobs being hard once 7pm rolls in. Something not to de-similar to throwing meat into parrianha infested waters. Just the meat is update information and the parrianhas are us and we'll strip the information for every bit of its worth to get to the juicy chewy innards.

I for one shall be looking more on here for feedback etc, to get away from the 'Hivemind' that is on the facebook page, as some people are bound to complain, and pick floors etc. Or for the 1 millionith time ask about the Electrostars or Class 70 :S

Chris

Maybe only to remind ourselves we used to be a reasonably calm nation :P far too calm and sensible for modern times, that one.
