Quick update on the route, primary 3D placement pretty much done on the inland section having climbed out on the prom at Little Bispham. I reckon that puts things about halfway, just a case of plodding on though I'm now in the two week section of my shift pattern where productivity tends to tail off a bit (i.e. nights followed by 12 hour days next weekend).

Thanks John, I think the RailCoach and Twin Tram will be a while yet as I need to make extra livery’s. Though I'm currently giving the boat tram is currently having a refurbishment!

Good to hear Vern… We're getting there! Still need to make them lofts! Ahh distractions!

Cheers,
Mike

Hi Mike and Vern

Really looking forward to this collaboration

Regards

For disclosure, I am affiliated with a third party developer however, I do not know anything about any future releases unless I'm working on them and even then, I'd be breaking years worth of built up trust to say anything about it ;-)

Great work guys - this is a worthy successor to Vern's MSTS original.

Mike's trams are a whole world away from my originals of... was it seven years ago?

I think I can now see how much better RW is than MSTS :D

Memorys! :D I rememebr having some fun with them! :)

It would be good to see some of these Trams in Railworks, esspecially smudge5609 (Chris Lindop) trams, they were excellent, it's a shame he wasn't interested in Rail Simulator. :(

Gents,

My lifelong love of all things Blackpool tram dates back to my childhood and a holiday staying in a hotel on the front just up the road from Bispham stop, and the road down to the depot.
With our room overlooking the trams I was in heaven, and the daily walk down to the depot was highhlight of the holiday, and of course several runs out to Fleetwood.

I know I have to be patient and wait for this route.

As far as liveries go I always preferred the darker and more of the green, but I guess thats a 'reskin opportunity'.

Would anyone feel brave enough to tackle making a bus to go with this - like the unique Blackpool centre entrance Leylands !!!!, or am I asking too much.

I will go back into the corner now and wait.

Best of Luck

John

Quick update on the route. Primary placement is now done from Starr Gate to Pleasure Beach and Fleetwood to Bispham (I like to work from either end, meeting in the middle). This weekend coming and a couple of days after will unfortunately not see much further progress due to being at work but I hope to get back up to speed by the middle of next week.

One compromise I will mention is that for now the Pleasure Beach has been laid out as a park, complete with driveable ng railway as was requested. The layout can be changed and enhanced for a future version if we get some fairground/attraction models for RW.
