Wonderful news. I loved the MSTS version and along with the Woodhead Route most of my time was spent running these Two. Thanks Mike and Vern. Apart from Candlewick, Project Platform and Gor's Tramway there has been little work on Trams for Railworks.
Kind regards James.

Just a quick reminder guys - Matt can provide a private forum space and / or file hosting if you want it so you can have discussions out of the public gaze and move files around easily.

If you want it just drop Matt a line. If he doesn't get back to you then let me know and I will give him a little nudge - he is a busy man.

It has been done before and is being done now for a couple of projects. Server space is not an issue currently so just ask if you need it.
Sounds like a good idea! Things may get messy, in a constructive way! I'll be in contact in the future! :)

@tomhas2: Great! Thanks for your offer!

Also...I think Pre-new tram stops, though I think only the main stations will be created, not every single request stop!

Thanks to everyone else who has commented showing their interest!

Here are a few shots for inspiration!

Again this was just a mock up to test assets, not the real thing! :)

More than 'Ding Ding' - It's more like 'Deep Joy'

This is one route I have missed the most since moving over from MSTS.
Gentlemen I wish you well with your endeavours and will patiently await the outcome.

One question - Does doing it in RW2 mean we can have 'loops' on the route?

Thanks

John

Loops - yes, I used those on my Tanigumi route without trouble so the track plan on Blackpool includes the Starr Gate and Fleetwood Ferry closed loops and the Pleasure Beach & Little Bispham turning circles.

Hi gents,

I will look forward to the route as I used to drive the trams before moving north to Perth, it will bring back
some very happy memories.

Good Luck, I can't wait.

Hi,

Oh yes, many a happy tale from a Pantoghraph falling off a Railcoach
whilst decending down past Anchorsholme Park to towing the carriage
of the Western train with the Trawler to Tram Sunday in an appeal to
raise funds for the restoration of the train, which has now expertly
been achieved.

Cheers,

Steve.

Ahh that doesn't sound very long ago! Seen a few pantograph problems in my time, Hopefully when Fleetwood opens up again, Tram Sundays will continue!

Nice steady portfolio of parts building up now. I've got to add the fencing to the first 1km of residential/industrial area outside Fleetwood (low hanging fruit first!) then I'll try and post a WIP screenshot.

The other good thing about this route is the trams and parts will add a supply of materials for other tram routes to follow.
