The Roma Blue looks good .. I think it has a retro CD player built in ..
How a about a way to remove routes temporarily from the listing without actually un-installing them ..

Separate cabs for one locomotive/train/unit?
Take the 153 for example. One end is the "large" end and the other is the "small" end and the small end has the top-down driving windscreen wiper. Other differences in the cab as well, less room etc.

There have been one or two, yes
Hobnob dispenser gets some interesting search hits.
There is an issue with two locomotives with different types of engine ( different speed ranges ) and the current scripting because it passes raw RPM, but unless that's addressed in an update to multiple working in core ( is it? ), it's not hard to get round via scripting.

Yes driving to from point A to B.... does get boring.

One of the most key aspects of any "game" are the game play elements. Nintendo have proven that releasing the absolute bottom of the line console (i.e. the Wii) technically doesn't mean anything to bottom line sales because they excel at game play. What are the anticipated substantial improvements or alterations to Game Play that we can look forward to? By game play i'm referring to more advanced types of scenarios with more types of operations, increased immersion by having the player interact with AI services more and so forth.

Not sure what you mean? A train goes from A to B?

Some simple questions from me:
1. Will we see performance improvements / stability gains / reduction in sbhh?
2. Will the awful default 'snare drum' track joint sounds be replaced by some of the better samples now available?
3. Will we see cab sway introduced?
4. Will we see lighting improvements (tunnels, headlights etc)?
5. Will RW make use of multi-core computers?
Those points would make me a very happy customer indeed. Perfection almost!

Will we get more meaningful error messages to help us solve problems like SBHH etc?

A complete myth.
If you go from A to B, you then perform an action and are then at point A again ready to proceed to B.

My list:
- Can you reduce the terrain mesh size - halve it seems good - if necessary on a per-big-tile basis?
- Can we have somewhat intelligent track workers? Eg. when shunting, I think prototypically a worker beside the end of the train would signal when the train is getting close to coupling so it can stop correctly. Or collect a single-line token from a signalman? And passengers that dont just vanish!
- Can we have better route-editing tools esp. for lofts (e.g. manipulation of bezier curves, add/delete anchor points, lofts curving in both dimensions)
- Can the Cab view camera be able to move gradually both back and forward, and side to side, rather than binary back or forward?
- Can we be able to override the distance at which scenery vanishes (obviously hits performance, but if you have a fast PC...) perhaps with a "frig factor"?
- I really like the idea of blobs of "virtual plasticine" that can be placed to fill in gaps, etc. Any chance?
- If we get multiplayer (and I'm not sure it's a priority for me) how about integrating something similar to Albert Ball's Railways simulator (see ukts topic 104508)?

Can we please have a King and Castle? How you can call it a railway simulator without those two I'll never know
Or slightly more seriously...
Will improvements to the route and scenario editors take place within the framework of the existing interfaces? It would be a right pain to have to learn how to use tool s like the terrain brush all over again

Any plans for a finer terrain mesh please?

We will see "after" the update/grade? Particularly if you have been a good Delboy?
Oh, did I mention super-elevation? Not sure.... oh yes and super-elevation.

I suppose my questions would be:
1. Would it be possible to implement some new camera options, such as having a "Sticky" Camera view, so for example, you press a designated key, and then click a position, and the camera view will stick to it, and you can look around with the mouse. This could enable some pretty darn good filming to be done!
2. What will the Multiplayer be like? Will Top and tail/Double heading/Banking be possible between players?
3. With the new update to the way it works, can we expect longer and much more detailed routes to be created? (I have mentioned a few times about very long routes such as Paddington - Penzance for example) with the new update would it be possible to have a route this long?
4. Will the core rolling stock be updated?
5. Can we have some options availible to us, such as being able to choose whether when your train derails, the camera wont start swing around the locomotive, when filming this is most irritating. Can we be able to derail without ending the scenario? I mean say you derail one engine or have a rough shunt, instead of loosing all the work you have achieved and having to start again, can you just get another locomotive to carry on in the scenario, (Dunno if ive explained it well enough... Its late

)
