[Request] Reskin of HL Saddle Tank loco

If anyone out there has the RSC Hawthorn Leslie Saddletank pack could they PLEASE produce a reskin for Sir Cecil A Cochrane from the Tanfield Railway? I have many more pictures if needed for Livery detail, I have already got the Saddletank pack so only the reskin file is needed
