Great to know that it isn't just me!

It's still an unfortunate error that should have been checked before release, as a beta perhaps? Though that being said, the route itself is fantastic!

Hi Dark,

I was going to try an email you a file but, it is more than 25MB:( I'm hoping Ian will be on this evening, I have passed on relevant infomation to him about the error, unfortunatley, I can't help with this matter, many apologises. Does the rest of the route / scenarios work ok? Like Ventnor West to Merstone jct or sandown to newport??.

Justin
Hi Justin,

The other scenarios appear to function correctly, I think it's just an error in/at/around Ryde St Johns.

In response to your earlier email, I don't use skype: however, I use MSN Messenger if file transfers are needed, Or I can just wait for a patch on UKTS :)

Hi,

The route was heavily tested before being uploaded. As you can tell by the amount of MB in the asset files, there was alot to sort out. Please bear with us as we are working towards the problem.

Hi,

No problem, i'm just concerned for other end users who may also get the error, hope you guys can solve the problem and correct it, it'd be a shame not to be able to run the entire route!!

:)

People,

What graphics cards are you using? We are using Nvidia cards GeForce 9800GT 512MB/1GB, can you check if drivers are upto date. Ian is checking and re-checking, aswell as I am.

Justin

****UPDATE****

Can you validate local files, open steam directory, libaray, right click Railworks icon, box will open, local files and vaildate files/route. This will take sometime for the programme to read files.

I too have never had a problem with the rest of the game, and I have a geforce 8400M GS. I'll try a verify game cache, though I did one last week. I assume it'll be a corrupt asset(s) or textures, if the error message can be beleived.

Possible causes/solutions:

Delete blueprints.pak from Assets/kngtrains/MiscNG

Delete scenario folder 1bb96504-3151-4dad-b879-6d72f6a6ed98 which is missing it's ScenarioProperties.xml from route folder 5097e264-8f40-400a-a2ab-6ac2bd926e44

Hope this might help - many thanks for the new version of the route

Hi Steve, have you actually checked that this works? I do a clear blueprints everytime I start railworks, and have deleted said folder ;)

I also appreciate the new route, and the efforts made to bring it to us. I hope the team can solve the problem, it's a pity that this has cropped up,

Dark.
