Wheel Slippage / Pessenger / Freight comfort level

why I always get this wheel slippage and freight comfort level exceed warning at the end of scenario ? is it because when you use 100% train brakes immediately from 0% ? or is it that I don't use sander ?

You a softer tire compound or to soften the suspension, no seriously:

100% brake is labelled Emergency, the passengers spill their coffee. Full service is about 70-80% on most locos.
100% throttle may also be too much. In theory sanding will cure the wheel slip, but acceleration may still be too high.
Ease off a bit and you'll be fine. :D
