We hadn't planned to include these so can't confirm at this stage.

Wow! This is looking absolutely stunning - the trackside veg and trees look superb. The views of the distant rolling countryside with fields look just right too. I just hope my lowly laptop can handle all this splendour!

I am very much looking forward to the route. My grandad use to live in a village called Golant on Fowey river.

From Fowey to Lostwithiel is a mineral railway. The line which runs along the whole of the river boundary It was built in the first place to carry goods traffic and iron ore from the Restormel  iron mine to Fowey for shipment by sea.

Steam trains ran the line until 1964 when diesel units were first introduced The station finally closed as part of the Beeching cuts on 2nd January 1965 and since then the line has only carried cargoes of china clay.

Hope fully some very nice (clever) repainter person might be tempted to do a 37 207 William Cookworthy .?
37 142 seemed to be all over East Cornwall in the very early 80's on China Clay duties..
I can't remember ever seeing a split headcode box 37 in Cornwall?
I got all unneccesary when I had to travel to Liverpool Street one time and saw for the first time split headcode box 37's!
I nevurr liked goin past Plymurrf much- it gave me an eadache...

This is another route where trains spotting scenarios are unlimited. The different rolling stock that ran through Par station from the 80's. Class 150, 153, 158, HST, Voyagers, Class 37's, Class 50's but to name just a few.

They are available from Digital Traction.Wagon Pack 1 iirc

WOW!!!

This is like a dream come true for me. I live in the clays area of Cornwall and have always wished something local would be done for Railworks. Can't wait for this and hope the wait is not too long.
