Update
Thanks to the investigation work of a couple of guys trying to narrow down why the Kings disappear for some! We've found the answer to the disappearing loco's that occur for some of you with my sound packs! I'll start uploading patches to my sounds over the next few days!
Let me know which ones its happening with so I can work on them.
Regards

Hi Matt,

Ive got the dissapearing loco problem with the 4F soundset. I really like the soundset and would greatly appreciate any update that solves the problem for me.

This is great news Matt. I have problems with the 8F, the latest Hall and the 4F can't think of any others at the moment . Thanks for taking the time to work this out as these sound packs are superb.

Oh! Matt, I really, really hope so.

I've been dying to use your super sound mods on the 'Default' Loco's for a long time now (since Beta testing your GCR  ) and on several occasions even run them with an 'invisible'Loco (The Cabview and lean out right and left views still work fine), just so I could hear your wonderful sounds. Hope Pete doesn't take too long approving the release of the patch.

Hi,
Anyone having a problem unzipping this file? I've tried it on my desktop and laptop and in both cases the message is 'archive corrupted CRC error 0x02000000.'

I have PM'd Matt but just wondered if anyone else is having the same problem.

Cheers,

Geoff

Hi,

i've just got in from work at lunchtime and the patch downloaded and unzipped fine for me. I have re-installed the 4F soundpack and installed the patch and I'm vey happy the loco is now visible and sounds working etc.
Thanks to Matt for these, now for the remainder of the locos.

If you have winrar then you could try opening/extracting the file using that.

That's what I had to do with some files that Matt has sent me in the past.

Please try using http://www.win-rar.com/index.php?id=pre ... rar401.exe to unzip the file and then we can confirm whether there's anything wrong with the file itself.

Thanks

Win Rar =CRC failed Hall Whistle -01_wav file is corrupt. It's the only loco still not showing for me I am afraid.
